Computer Syndicate showcases all IT related hardware, accessories under one roof

Chandigarh: Computer Syndicate has opened an IT Mall in Sector 20 D, Chandigarh, one of its kind facility in the entire north India, the mall offers a single-point solution to all IT-related hardware and accessories needs. It also has a post-sale service centre.

“IT Mall on Dakshin Marg, Sector 20 D, Chandigarh, ensures the availability of all products related to IT hardware under one roof. The mall meets the needs of the IT hardware of consumers by providing them with everything that they will need at a one-stop shop. We have tried to fill the gap as we felt a real place focused just on computers was missing in the Tricity, ” said Ranbir Shukla, CMD of Computer Syndicate and also  Co-Founder of the concept.  

“By setting up IT Mall, which showcases everything related to computers, people will actually be able to witness the product from close range. One will be able to make a purchase decision by touching and feeling any laptop of any brand one could imagine and that too under one roof. Earlier the experience of touch and feel was missing in our region,” added Ranbir Shukla.

Spread over two floors – ground and first – and covering a sprawling 4000 sq ft, IT Mall is indeed a one-of-its-kind facility in not just the Tricity but even the entire northern region. "It is carefully designed to accommodate different product categories of the IT industry in clearly earmarked areas", said Lalit Shukla, MD, Computer Syndicate and Co-Founder of the unique initiative.

Lalit, who has over 15 years of experience in computer distribution, has now started his venture in computer retailing. The most attractive feature of the  IT Mall is its lifestyle and gaming section where top-of-the-line machines that are suitable for online gaming competitions can be bought. There are related peripherals, keyboards, special gaming chairs, MSI, NVIDIA Graphic cards, and Processors like AMD and Intel. RGB lights are also available for high-end gaming. There is a state-of-the-art machine that costs around Rs. 4 lakhs also available for that ultimate gaming experience among others. 

The laptop section has all the top brands. There's Asus, Lenovo, Acer, and Apple and these can be shopped for by computer enthusiasts. In fact, separate showrooms are there for HP and Dell on the ground floor.

IT Mall has a printer section with a wide variety of offerings; it has  HP (US), Canon (Japan), Epson (Japan), and Kyocera (Japan). There is a myriad range of top-end all-in-one printers that specialise in printing, scanning, and copying. Auto document feeders that print A4-A3, and Wi-Fi enabled printers. What's more, the customers are shown live usage of these.

A separate area devoted to accessories provides almost all associated peripherals related to computers. Kulbir Sawhney and Guraseses Sawhney contractors have multiple FIRs against them for fraud and cheating

Sawhneys - the contractors Mohali : Himanshu Kapoor, a resident of Kharrar, has alleged that Arvindera Electricals, an electrical contracting firm based in Chandigarh, has multiple FIRs filed against them. The firm, owned by father Kulbir and son Gurasees Sawhney, has a track record of cheating and fraud and not paying its vendors, alleged Kapoor. Kapoor said that in August 2020, the Haryana Government filed an FIR against the firm, and recently one more FIR has come to light lodged at SAS Nagar (Mohali) Phase 1, where the duo committed fraud worth Rs 5.25 cr, and their bail was rejected by the District Court.
